CONTENTS - SCOPEDISK189
AmiCron - by Rick Schaeffer, Verson 2.5 and Christian Blazer,
Verson 2.3, crude but effective version of the Unix (tm)
program known as "cron" modified to run on an Amiga.
Ami-Back - by MoonLighter SoftWare Development,This DEMO release:
Ami-Back is a state-of-the-art hard disk drive backup
utility for the Commodore Amiga. WILL NOT RESTORE.
AmiDock - by Gary Knight, Verson 1.2.4, What is AmiDock?
For those of you familar with the NeXT computer this
will be a short explanation. AmiDock is an Amiga version
of the NeXT's Dock. AmiDock is (of course) more versatile
and not as limited as it's NeXT cousin.
AssignX - by Steve Tibbett, Verson 1.0, Whenever the system puts up
a "Please insert volume" requester, AssignX will hop in and
add two more options to the "Retry/Cancel" requester: AssignX
ONLY RUNS UNDER 2.0 and will simply exit under 1.3.
BPD - by ?, BPD was written as a result of discovering just how
hard it was to get a system to boot up in PAL mode, short of
attacking the machine with a soldering iron. Other programs
such as PALBoot don't do the job because by the time they've
run, graphics has already configured itself for NTSC, so all
the GfxBase fields reflect NTSC values.
Clockster - by Carolyn, Incredibly handy little clock program. It's handy
because you never have to rearrange any windows to find out
what time, date, or day it is.
Cache-Disk - by Terry Fisher, The usual result of disk access by multiple
processes is thrashing. Almost everyone who owns an amiga has
experienced this thrashing, and until now have had to put up
with it. Now, Cache-Disk reduces disk thrashing to a minimum.
Doogie - by Greg Tsadilas, Daily Diary is Freely Distributable provided
this file remains intact and is included with the file. Uses
Cando. Non-Owners will need DeckBrowser in their C: dir.
DR-13 - by Paul Kienitz, Verson 1.3, What we got here is Yet Another CLI
Directory Listing Command. called Dr (pronounced "dr") because
it leaves out icons.
